How-To Blow up the Plantation to Prison Pipeline
The process by which everyday people can blow up the plantation to prison pipeline is complex, demanding, and uncertain. A tremendous degree of organization, empathy, and mobilization are necessary to overturn oppressive power regimes that have dominated for centuries. The individually held beliefs in support of these regimes can be even more daunting.

For our readers, we hope that radical change
is propelled by deep empathy for those affected by the

hope that amidst this emotional journey and arduous work, that there still is space held for grieving and healing. This manual attempts
to weave these different types of tasks together.
Blowing up the pipeline is a fight and meditation on how to change business as usual, for the plantation and prison have always been about elevating
business interests a priveleged, white supremicist elite at the expense of many, by and large, Black and Brown lives.
These power
structures are fundementally unable to promote
safety or justice. The absence of the pipeline
is an important condition for more egalitarian human flourishing.
